Baby Back Ribs In Your Instant Pot

You Will Need:

2 tbsp. Salt Substitute

2 tbsp. Low Calorie Sweetener

1 tsp. Black Pepper

1 Sliced Onion

1 tsp. Chili Powder

1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper

1 rack Baby Back Ribs

12 oz. Diet Coke or Apple Juice

1/4 tsp. Liquid Smoke

1 cup low Sodium BBQ Sauce

Preparation:

Mix first 7 ingredients together to make a rub. Remove fat layer from back side of ribs by undoing at one end with a knife, grabbing with cloth and pull membrane off.

Apply rub to both sides of ribs and place in a circle standing inside of your pot.

Pour Coke (apple juice optional) and liquid smoke into center of pot.

Cook on manual high for 30-40 minutes (depending on altitude) and allow pressure to release naturally.

Smoke ribs on grill or preheat oven to 425.

Handover ribs to broiler pan or grill, brush with your favorite low sodium BBQ sauce.

Bake 15-20 minutes inspecting to ensure ribs don't burn.
