Updated: Feb 15, 2020

Broiled Salmon with String Beans

Directions:

Place Salmon on greased flat baking pan. Melt ½ stick of unsalted butter and mix fresh garlic and pepper to taste. Pour butter over Salmon. I prefer cutting salmon into 4" wide strips. Broil at 500 degrees for 10-20 minutes until salmon roast to your liking or flaky white. Squeeze fresh lemon juice during broiling.

4 oz. Salmon Fillet

½ stick of unsalted butter

Fresh garlic clove

Pepper and squeezed lemon to taste

Breaded Green Beans: String and wash beans. In separate bowl add olive oil or melted ½ stick unsalted butter. Broil at 500 degrees for 10 minutes until beans roast to your liking. Please always salt with a salt substitute.

Drink Suggestion: Tall glass of unsweetened ice tea.
