Description:
Pacific Northwest Native Americans roasted fish and game on wood planks, which preserves moisture and imparts wonderfully subtle wood notes to grilled food.
These planks make a great gift to yourself, as a hostess gift or for the grill-master in your family. Each plank is 12" long x 5 1/2" wide, about 3/8" thick. They can accommodate two to four portions of fish, and are normally good for just one use.
Soak thoroughly before using (see Serving/Storage tab).
There's a lot on the line when you fire up the grill for the family or any gathering. The last thing you need is worry about is charring or drying the fish at the center of your feast!
