Oatmeal Crusted Chicken Breast with Asparagus

Sodium for total day (single serving) is 815 mgs, 15 grams of sugar and carbs at 68 grams.

Blend all dry ingredients together and place in shallow dish. Place milk in another shallow dish. Dip chicken pieces in oatmeal mix, then in milk, then in oatmeal mix again.

Place in baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
